EXPERIENCE
Full of juicy vitality, like a late summer afternoon by the campfire. An explosion of red fruit, wood, with a subtle sparkle. Crafted from organic grapes, rhubarb, and red currants on oak and kombucha. Aromas of blackcurrant leaf, hibiscus, and cacao. Leans towards the taste and texture of Pinot Noir or Gamay. Think of flavors like smoky dried berries, rhubarb, flint, oak, rosemary, and cocoa. A combination of extensive Fruitslagers research and the playful search for flavor, all in one bottle. Cheers alcohol-free, à boire. 

HOW IT’S MADE
Rosemary, pearwood, and gentian form the foundation of the flavor, while the aromas stem from local berry juices. But they also come from the trimmings of berry bushes, such as: berry wood, branches, and blackberry leaves. With Cul Sec–the ultimate alcohol-free alternative to natural wine, the traditions of ancient winemakers and our knowledge of local flavors come together in an intriguing terroir. Volcanic Sangiovese, wood infusions, root fermentations, tangy rhubarb, spicy Sichuan leaves, smoked peat, and the kick of gentian and black pepper can all be tasted in a glass. The base is a very lightly fermented grape juice that is then oxidized alongside kombucha, which releases very little alcohol. To capture all the volatile phenols/flavors, we take the organics and esters from our seasonings in an alcohol solution. This ensures less than 0.5% alcohol and is therefore essential for the product.
